Since June 2012:   own independent law office   ·   2014 to 2018:   alternate member of the competition commission   ·   2011 and 2012:    in-house lawyer for a start-up of a listed IT-Company; admittance to the bar in Vienna; work for Burgstaller & Preyer Rechtsanwälte GmbH   ·–   2003 to 2010:   associate in two international and one national law firm (DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, ARP – Andreas Reiner & Partners); specialisation in employment law, data protection law and arbitration law   –·   2005 to 2008:   expert for national and international employment law at the Austrian Economic Chamber, Department of Social Policy and Health   ·–   additionally 2007 to 2008:   lay judge at the Court of AppealsVienna in its function as Employment and Social Court   ·   since 2004:   mediator, listed with the Ministry of Justice.
